Pada Ventures provides software tools for businesses, including TradeReply and additional products or services that may be released over time.

Some services may require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise applicable charges for the selected plan. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Some products may use AI to generate suggestions or draft content. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication or use.
All software, branding, content, and product materials provided by Pada Ventures are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit them except as allowed by law or by written agreement.
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time. We aim to operate reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required for security or legal reasons, or if a service is being discontinued. You may also stop using the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pada Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Australian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and will take effect from the stated update date.
