These Terms of Service apply to the Pada Ventures website and products, including Tally Money Manager, TradeReply, PlaceIt, LeadFlow AI, and other products or services offered under the Pada Ventures brand.
1. Who we are
Pada Ventures Pty Ltd develops software products for personal finance, review management, planning workflows, business operations, and related digital services. References to “Pada Ventures”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Pada Ventures Pty Ltd.

- Tally Money Manager: A personal finance app for tracking income, expenses, receipts, budgets, categories, recurring transactions, and workspaces.
- TradeReply: A review response workflow product that may generate draft replies, send approval requests, and help manage response activity.
- PlaceIt: A planning and proposal workflow product in development for floor plans, equipment layouts, and customer presentation material.
- LeadFlow AI: A planned product for lead research, opportunity tracking, and business growth workflows.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and update it when necessary. We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or if access creates security, legal, or operational risk.
5. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing
Some products may include paid subscriptions, premium features, or purchases. App subscriptions are generally managed through the relevant app store account, including renewal, cancellation, billing, and refund processes. You are responsible for reviewing subscription terms before purchasing.
Unless cancelled through the relevant app store or payment provider, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing period shown at purchase.
6. User content and responsibility
You remain responsible for information, files, receipts, reviews, business data, messages, prompts, approvals, replies, or other content you enter, upload, approve, publish, or rely on through our products.
AI-generated or automated outputs should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that generated content, categorisation, summaries, recommendations, or analysis will be complete, correct, suitable, or legally compliant for your circumstances.
7. Financial information and Tally Money Manager
Tally Money Manager is designed to help users organise and review financial records. It is not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for checking records, keeping appropriate backups, and seeking professional advice where needed.
8. Reviews, approvals, and TradeReply
TradeReply may assist with draft customer review responses and approval workflows. You are responsible for approving, editing, posting, or rejecting any response. You must ensure that any response you publish is accurate, lawful, respectful, and appropriate for your business.
9. Planning workflows and PlaceIt
PlaceIt may support planning, layout, proposal, or presentation workflows. Any measurements, placements, layouts, or proposal materials should be checked by the relevant project, design, compliance, or professional team before being relied on. PlaceIt is not a substitute for professional design, engineering, construction, safety, legal, or compliance advice.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or products. This includes attempting to access systems without permission, interfering with service operation, uploading malicious content, infringing intellectual property rights, breaching privacy rights, using products unlawfully, or using products to create harmful, misleading, abusive, or deceptive content.
11. Intellectual property
Pada Ventures owns or licenses the intellectual property in our website, software, product names, branding, designs, documentation, and related materials. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit our materials except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Our products may connect to or rely on third-party services, such as app stores, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, analytics tools, or external platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and policies may apply.
